Do I need to be home when you arrive?

No — as long as we can access your vehicle, you don't need to be present. Many customers leave us their keys and carry on with their day. We'll let you know when we're done and contact you if we have any questions.

How long does a valet take?

A standard valet takes around 1.5–2.5 hours. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you book.

What's included in a full valet?

Our Full Valet (£100 inc VAT) includes a full exterior wash, hand wax and tyre dressing outside, plus a deep interior vacuum, steam cleaning of plastics and trim, leather/fabric treatment, window clean inside and out, and door shuts. See our Car Valeting page for the full checklist.

Can you remove smoke or pet odours?
